Ici mon model, c’est Deddeh Howard, un mannequin noir qui recréée des publicités célèbres pour dénoncer le manque de diversité ethnique dans le monde de la mode. J’ai souhaité appuyer sa démarche en recréant des fleurs, façon Murakami, un artiste japonais qui a notamment collaboré avec la marque Louis Vuitton. Et voilà, la boucle est bouclée !
My model here is Deddeh Howard, a Black model who recreated famous ads to highlight the lack of ethnic diversity in the fashion industry. I aimed to represent her approach by creating flowers, in the style of Murakami, the Japanese artist who helped to give a breath of fresh air to the Louis Vuitton Brand. The loop is complete!
